Sales & Marketing Executive

We're seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organising and managing sales with agents and sales personnel.
- Maintain proper filling system to ensure the traceability of documents and updates into
system.
Updating relevant info/ data to system Marketing expenses/ sales report and CRM System.
Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special
promotions, sponsored events, etc.
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Must possess own transport.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems will be an advantage.
