About the role

NOVACO RESOURCES SDN BHD' is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Klang, Selangor. As a sales and marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with potential customers through effective sales presentations and negotiations
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns
  4. Assist sales manager / or sales engineer in sales administration, process customer orders and follow up job flow against production and delivery schedule.
  5. Attend customer enquiry , prepare quotation and follow up.
  6. Any other assignments from superior.
  7. Provide excellent service to existing customer, maintain strong customer relationshio & ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
