Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:·

  • Develop new customers and service existing customers for positive relationships
  • To handle sales & marketing activities
  • To raise brand awareness and outreach, promote to Architect, Contractor, Developer or other related parties.
  • Meeting with customer for product budget, specification, complaints.
  • Assess customer's need and provide information and assistance on product services and features.
  • Drive sales with product knowledge and market driven enthusiasm.
  • To prepare marketing and project reports

Requirements:·

  • At least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree qualifications
  • Preferable candidate that able to speak English, Bahasa & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in building, project and hardware materials will be an added advantage·
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision·
  • Matured, committed, responsible and reliable.
  • Possess own transport (Willing to travel outstation when necessary)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving with a determination to meet the client's expectations and satisfaction..
  • Min. 1 years working experience in sales or construction or building materials related position (Fresh graduates or candidate from other field are also encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
