Role Overview

We're seeking a Product Manager for Social Media to own and shape how Circle interacts with users across social channels. This role combines product thinking,community building, content strategy, and data-driven growth. You'll lead thesocial media product — from strategy and execution to analytics and iteration —to amplify Circle's brand voice, engage users meaningfully, and align social strategy with broader product goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the social media product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Partner with marketing, design, content, and product teams to craft social first campaigns, content calendars, and community engagement plans.
  • Oversee creation of content formats (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.), and ensure consistent brand voice and design across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, user feedback), draw insights, and translate them into actionable product or marketing improvements.
  • Drive A/B testing of content strategies, posting times, formats — iterate on what works.
  • Coordinate with engineering or backend teams if social features integrate with product (e.g. user-generated content, community feeds, referral tracking, analytics dashboards).
  • Manage community feedback, moderate social interactions, and loop relevant user insights to product and UX teams.
  • Stay current with social media platform trends, algorithms, and best practices — propose and implement new social features (e.g. in-app sharing, referralcampaigns, social-login, interactive features).

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.), content formats, and community engagement strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to track performance metrics, analyze results, and derive insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally (with design, content, engineering, product) to launch integrated campaigns or social features.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Creative thinking, user empathy, and a sense for community-oriented user experience.
