Our client is seeking a Retail Associate (Gurney Plaza Penang) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service, ensuring each customer feels valued and satisfied throughout their shopping experience.
  • Product Management: Keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing, maintaining an inviting shopping environment for all customers.
  • Customer Assistance: Guide customers through their shopping journey, helping them find exactly what they need with enthusiasm and care.
  • Transaction Handling: Operate the cashier with precision, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions for a seamless customer experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience.
  • Operational Support: Actively participate in daily operations, promotions, and campaigns to drive store success and create exciting shopping experiences.

Other Information:
  • Salary: Basic Salary +Allowances + Commission, gross salary RM4000++
  • Location: IOI City Mall / TRX Mall / Sunway Pyramid
  • Working Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm, 12:00pm-9;00pm, 1:00pm-10:00pm (depends on store)
