What you'll be doing?
  • Technical liaison: Collaborate with the engineering team and consultants on technical designs and processes to meet project requirements.
  • Progress monitoring: Oversee project progress, ensuring quality assurance and providing regular updates to the Project Manager for efficient resource allocation.
  • Site supervision: Guide and supervise site staff in executing mechanical and electrical work according to specifications.
  • Subcontractor management: Assist in monitoring subcontractors carrying out M&E works to maintain high standards.
  • Quality control: Ensure all works adhere to established method statements, procedures, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Drawing review: Analyze M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and manage M&E drawings on-site.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience on M&E works in a Main Contractor role, particularly in handling high-rise residential projects.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, which may be beneficial for communication with various stakeholders in the project.
  • Work commitment: Ability to work more than 5 days a week, showcasing dedication to project timelines and goals.
