Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and tracking deliveries
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, minutes, and presentation
  • Handle data entry, manage spreadsheets, and update databases
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records and employee attendance, related government & private sector matter.
  • Arrange daily works for mechanical & electrical teams.
  • Planning & scheduling for R & M Service job with optimum team utilization.
  • Overall see the Mechanical, electrical & productions teams running smoothly for job progress.
  • Coordination Operations & Sales Meeting.
  • Compile and verify job service report c/w picture, MI, customer chop & sign.
  • Maintaining Operations and project documentations.
  • Ordering, issue MI and cooperate with purchasing for ordering materials or parts.
  • Record and monitoring stock level and stock report and operations Tools.
  • Any others duty assigns by superior or management level.

Job Requirement:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in related field.
  • Good Computer Knowledge.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Experience person will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
