Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Manager to oversee and manage all academic programs under Addiin Academy. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, effective program delivery, and continuous improvement across all levels of study.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all academic programs (Certificate, Professional Certificate, Professional Diploma, and UNINOW programs).
  • Lead and manage the academic team including lecturers, program coordinators, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain academic policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems in line with Addiin's standards and partner institutions' requirements.
  • Coordinate academic scheduling, examinations, assessments, and student progression.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
  • Manage student affairs related to academic matters, including counselling, academic appeals, and disciplinary cases.
  • Liaise with partner institutions and regulatory bodies for audits, collaborations, and program improvements.
  • Provide strategic leadership to enhance program quality, curriculum relevance, and learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in academic management, preferably in higher education or professional training institutions.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-level academic programs and liaising with accreditation or certification bodies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
