Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve ML models for various business applications including classification, prediction, recommendation systems, and data analysis.
  • Build and manage AI infrastructure and services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Set up data pipelines, model endpoints, and scalable compute environments.
  • Handle the whole ML process — from data exploration and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Continuously monitor model performance after deployment, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI, ML, and cloud technologies. Propose and test new ideas to improve our products.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Qualifications Required

  • 4+ years of experience as an AI Developer or ML Engineer
  • Knowledge of ML techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
  • Coding skills in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Preferred
  • Experience using AI to drive business growth
  • Experience in team-based product development using Git
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools
