JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists Project Manager to handle and manages all accounts and procurement related matters at site.
  • Oversees office duties which comprises of leave and claim management, orders supplies and manages records database.
  • Supervises on attendance-related issues and supports in payroll function by preparing and submitting site overtime summary report to head office.
  • Manages petty cash transactions and ensures office supply and inventories are sufficient.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualification: Possess a Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Good communication, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Well verse both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
