Branch Project Coordinator

Work together with team in new branch setup, relocation & expansion projects, ensure achieve the KPI. Handle branch maintenance & security related tasks setup and assist superior in process enhancement projects.

If you are experience in

  • Coordinating and monitoring project plans, project schedules and renovation budgets.
  • Organising and liaising with Landlord/ Agents to identify and define project requirements and objectives.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to panel renovation contractor and assist with schedule management.
  • Review and control renovation budgets.
  • Review and ensure the layout plan of new branch fulfil the needs and standard requirement of the project.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
  • Organizing and attend the site visit of new project.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate with a minimum of 1 year working experience in the relevant industry.
  • Work experience in construction, renovation or fit-out would be an added advantage.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communicator: Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated: Passionate and pro-active in executing tasks and is highly organized.
  • Team-oriented: Willing to work long hours when necessary.
  • Have a strong understanding on product strategy and brand management.
  • Strong professional ethics and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to travel outstation for business purpose.
  • Must possess own transport (sometimes need to travel outstation for business purpose).
