Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including printing, copying, scanning and filing.
- Answering phone calls and responding to email.
- To prepare documents, quotation, invoice, tender, filing and key in data.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Must have knowledge in SQL Accounting System.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word will be prefer.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nagasari, Perai.
Work address :
No. 2, Lorong Saga Jaya 8, Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang.
- Possess own transport.
