Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records, filing, and documentation.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including issuing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash claims.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding payment matters.
  • Assist in preparing tax documents, statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST), and ensuring timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Good attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
