Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kota Kinabalu. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring that services are delivered to meet client expectations. The role involves conducting regular meetings with clients, preparing account reports, and collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
