Customer & Stakeholder Management 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers through high-quality service and technical support. 

• Act as the main contact during implementation, coordinating requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 

• Partner with Product, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of onboarding, system setup, and go-live. 

• Collaborate with Regional Office / Head Office on complex or multi-country implementation projects. 

• Ensure regular communication and progress reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. 

Technical / Project Management 

• Plan and manage end-to-end client implementation projects within scope, time, and budget. 

• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and production cutover with clients and internal teams. 

• Provide timely and sound technical guidance and troubleshooting to resolve issues raised by clients. 

• Prepare and maintain implementation documents, setup forms, and testing scripts. 

• Support post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 

• Monitor issues and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence or mitigate future risks. 

Risk, Control & Compliance 

• Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to meet customer requirements. 

• Support risk management by ensuring all implementations comply with MUFG policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 

• Conduct and document testing of systems and processes to minimize operational failure. 

• Prepare reports on project progress, risk issues, and business development updates as required. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, system changes, products, and applicable laws/regulations. 
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Client Implementation, or Cash Management.

• Proven track record in system integration, client onboarding, and technical project delivery.

• Good understanding of cash management, payments, collections, liquidity, and connectivity channels (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, ISO

• Experience working with regional teams or multi-country implementations preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint).

• Team player with proactive, adaptable, and client-focused attitude.
