Choose your path:

  • Manufacturing Engineer

  • Own and improve manufacturing processes for optical components such as fiber cables, connectors, and optical modules.

  • Set up, test, and maintain assembly and alignment equipment; create clear work instructions and documentation.
  • Monitor quality using inspection tools (e.g., microscopes, power meters); analyze data to lift yield, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) into mass production; collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent material quality.

  • Champion cleanroom, safety, and quality standards; be the go‑to technical support for production teams.

  • Process Engineer

  • Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to ensure quality, repeatability, and throughput.

  • Use data analysis and problem‑solving tools to monitor performance; lead root‑cause investigations and drive CAPA.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation (work instructions, control plans); lead process validation, line qualification, and equipment calibration.
  • Support NPI readiness for volume production; coordinate improvements across production, QA, R&D, and maintenance.
  • Implement Lean/Continuous Improvement (5S, Kaizen) to reduce cost and waste; train operators on new processes and tools.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Education:

  • Manufacturing Engineer: Diploma or Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Photonics, or related.

  • Process Engineer: Bachelor's in Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing/production preferred; we also welcome strong fresh graduates and those with relevant lab/internship experience.

  • Skills:

  • Comfortable reading technical drawings and following/creating work instructions and process flows.

  • Familiarity with quality/process tools is a plus: SPC, 5 Why, Fishbone (Manufacturing Engineer); SPC, FMEA, DOE, 5S, Kaizen (Process Engineer).
  • Data‑driven problem solving; strong communication and coordination.
  • Basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required to support shop‑floor and supplier interactions.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of fiber optic products or optical alignment processes; experience with statistical analysis and process optimization.
