Role Purpose:

• Reviewing Legal Agreement and focal liaison for PDB Legal Department.
• Develop and implement comprehensive data privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal guidance and data protection matters to ensure the organization's practices align with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to data privacy policies across all departments and functions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data protection is integrated into all business processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data privacy requirements and best practices.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and update data privacy programs accordingly.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits related to data privacy.
• General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a legal or data privacy role.
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data protection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or professional certification.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
