Event Marketing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of brand activations from initial concept development through to

successful completion, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional

experience.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and field crews to ensure smooth and

timely execution.

  • Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events (weekend as well if

needed)

  • Track and report on event performance, including sales and stock updates.

  • Identify creative advertising or branding opportunities in high-impact locations.

  • Monitor supplier performance and stay updated on market trends and competitor

activities.

  • Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event concepts

and experiences.

  • Conduct post-event reviews and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Fully

in-charge with project reporting and make sure it's submitied on time with full

justification (report by weekly)

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (minimum 2-4 years) in event management

  • Possess own transport for travelling, must be willing to travel to event site from time

to time

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point.

  • Creativity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and event/project

management tools.

  • Strong planning and coordination skills

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible hours

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Experience in events or marketing roles is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
