HSEQ Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of HESQ process, based on ISO standards
• Support compliance and enforcement of all relevant safety practices, quality procedures/manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Safety Health Environment Committee (HESQ) Secretary
• Support compliance and enforcement of all relevant safety practices, quality procedures/manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely response and follow-up to HESQ requirements in collaboration with other areas, departments, and regions.
• Analyse, inform, and execute HESQ processes related to management systems, data analysis, and maintenance of legal/corporate HESQ documentation.
• Ensure analysis and monitoring of HESQ management system indicators in relevant government portals.
• Conduct training and safety briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Emergency Response / Crisis Management aligned with HESQ rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with the HESQ community to elevate standards and achieve zero workplace accidents/harm.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HESQ roles, preferably in a manufacturing plant.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.

Location: Port Klang, Selangor (On-Site)

Schedule: 8.00AM to 5.00PM (Monday to Friday) / 8.00AM to 1.00PM (Saturday)

Salary: MYR 3,500– 5,000
