We're seeking an experienced and confident Security Concierge to join our team.

This role suits someone with a warm, professional presence at the front desk, who also understands how to maintain a safe and secure workplace environment.

You'll be the welcoming face of the office, assisting visitors, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with the Regional Security Director to ensure smooth, compliant security processes.

Location : Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Onboarding : Mid of November

9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary Range : Rm 2,500.00 to Rm 3,800.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and employees with professionalism, ensuring a
    welcoming and secure environment
    .
  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for all on-site security and emergency matters.
  • Assist in managing
    access control systems, alarms, and visitor badges
    .
  • Coordinate with facility and security vendors on maintenance or repair tasks.
  • Support
    incident response
    procedures and reporting to the Regional Security Director.
  • Collaborate with Facility Management to improve overall safety and workplace experience.
  • Prepare simple reports and assist in
    security documentation or compliance tasks
    .
  • Participate in any corporate security initiatives or awareness programs.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent (minimum)

Diploma/Degree in Security Management / Occupational Safety / related field is an added advantage

Experience
:

  • 2–3 years of experience in the security industry
  • Prior exposure to Concierge Job scopes
  • Experience liaising with site management or handling client-facing responsibilities

Skills
:

  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Report writing and incident documentation skills (basic computer/MS Office skills an advantage)
  • Ability to coordinate and conduct basic security awareness training
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, management, and authorities

  • High integrity, discipline, and reliability
  • Professional grooming and communication (English proficiency is required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
