Role Overview

As part of the Kohi Gelato crew, you're the heart of the café — ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a scoop or two). You'll handle both front-of-house and basic preparation duties while keeping the café clean, upbeat, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders confidently
  • Prepare and serve gelato, waffles, drinks, and light bites with care
  • Maintain café cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments
  • Assist in restocking and inventory checks when needed
  • Support team members during peak hours — teamwork makes the magic happen
  • Share menu knowledge and upsell items when possible (e.g., "Add a scoop?" )
  • Represent Kohi's fun, positive, and welcoming energy every day
