About the role

As a Cafe Crew Manager at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe located in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and our cafe runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing and leading the cafe crew, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  2. Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe
  3. Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls
  4. Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to perfection
  5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  6. Reporting on cafe performance and making recommendations for improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a cafe, restaurant or hospitality manager, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively
  6. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
