Account Assistant 会计助理

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Record and update financial transactions using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts accurately.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- File and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks, including data entry, document control, and office coordination.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably SQL).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
