Working Days / 工作日: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

工作职责
- 处理日常行政事务、资料录入及文件归档
- 接听电话、回复邮件、安排会议与预约
- 协助销售团队处理房产资料、报告及客户沟通
- 必要时与中国客户对接沟通
- 支持简单的市场工作(如PPT、发布房源等)
任职要求:
- Diploma或以上学历(行政 / 商科相关优先)
- 良好的 英语与中文(普通话) 沟通能力
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 会使用 ChatGPT/AI 工具 者优先(提高效率)
- 有地产经验者佳,无经验但愿意学习亦可

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handle general administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and documentation
- Manage phone calls, emails, and meeting schedules
- Assist sales team with property documents, reports, and client coordination
- Communicate with Chinese clients when required
- Support basic marketing tasks (e.g. simple PPT, posting listings)
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
- Diploma or above in Business/Admin or relevant fields
- Good command of English & Mandarin (中文)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ChatGPT / AI tools is an added advantage
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required (willing to learn accepted)
