We're seeking an
AI App Developer
who is passionate about applying modern AI tools to real-world business problems — someone who can translate ideas into usable, impactful AI-powered applications.

What You'll Do

AI App Development

  • Build AI-powered applications using
    Microsoft ecosystem tools
    such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Cognitive Services.
  • Develop custom AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automated workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Integrate AI models into business processes, portals, CRMs, and internal tools.

Solution Design & Problem Solving

  • Work with consultants, the CTO, and business analysts to understand customer challenges and design AI solutions that solve them.
  • Prototype rapidly, iterate frequently, and deliver working apps that generate real business outcomes.

Technical Implementation

  • Build connectors, APIs, and integrations between AI components and enterprise systems like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party apps.
  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and conversation flows.

Quality, Monitoring & Governance

  • Ensure apps meet security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines.
  • Continuously improve performance, UX, and reliability.
  • Document solution architecture, workflows, prompts, and logic traces.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and agentic architectures.
  • Contribute to SRKK's AI playbooks, reusable templates, and internal best practices.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of experience
    in app development, automation, or AI solutioning is preferred — fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
  • Familiar with any of these technologies:
  • Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio
  • Python or JavaScript
  • RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings
  • APIs and integration
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Comfortable communicating with users, stakeholders, and consultants.
  • Curious, experimental, and eager to learn —
    humble, hungry, smart.
