We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to join our Digital & Technology (AI Digital Lab) team.

This role focuses on advancing Nu Ideaktiv's digital transformation journey through the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Data-Driven Technology.

As part of the AI Digital Lab, you will collaborate with our content, data, and commercial teams to design, implement, and scale AI applications that enhance productivity, creativity, and business performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support AI-based projects across multiple business units (Editorial, Marketing, Commercial, and Product).
  • Collaborate with the AI Manager to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Build, test, and deploy machine learning models or digital automation tools.
  • Optimise data workflows and integrate intelligent systems into existing platforms.
  • Monitor AI performance, analyse outcomes, and propose technical improvements.
  • Contribute ideas that connect technology and creativity to enhance audience experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years' experience in software development, digital innovation, or AI implementation.
  • Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, or automation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills.
  • Interest in media technology, digital content systems, and creative automation.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
