Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive product promotion and sales, primarily targeting private clinics and treatment centres within the designated area. The role emphasizes developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, meeting sales objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market company products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies and treatment centres.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential new customers.
- Secure sales through face-to-face visits and consistent follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and submit timely sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and share valuable insights with management.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on execution plans.
- Uphold the company's image and adhere to guidelines and code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Science-related field is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (preferred).
- Must possess a valid Class D driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and positive in attitude.
