Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets within assigned industry sectors
  • Develop sales action plans, conduct client visits, and manage follow-ups.
  • Acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Support contract negotiation, signing, payment collection, and customer relationship management.
  • Mentor and train new sales staff (for top performers).
  • Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors or department heads.
  • Career Path: Sales Representative → Sales Officer → Assistant Sales Manager → Regional Sales Manager → Regional Sales Director → Deputy VP of Sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of industrial B2B sales experience. Candidates with factory or industry-specific client resources are preferred.
  • Strong competitiveness, business development skills, adaptability, and execution ability.
  • Able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.

COMPENSATIONS:

  • Attractive package including base salary + allowance + high commission + travel allowance + phone allowance + performance bonus.
