Account assistant

- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and billing
- Prepare and issue sales invoices to clients
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and related billing records
- Liaise with internal departments for billing accuracy
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (lab / healthcare industry is an advantage)
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
