  • Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and billing
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices to clients
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and related billing records
  • Liaise with internal departments for billing accuracy

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (lab / healthcare industry is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
