Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
