Assistant Account Manager

Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Review and analyse financial information ensure accuracy for preparation of financial statement.
Management of cash flow effectively to ensure financial obligations are met on time.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
Oversee the preparation and submission of service tax, corporate tax computation, budgeting and forecasting reports
Conduct annual inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
Meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency and maintain high-quality work standards.
Ensure all local regulatory reporting and filing obligations are met including liaising with auditors, banks, and other government agencies
Perform other ad-hoc accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
