Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Executive to handle procurement, import shipping, and tender/project coordination for our F&B operations. This role manages local and international purchasing, oversees logistics and documentation, and ensures timely delivery in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills, and will help improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, import/export, or shipping (F&B industry preferred)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, documentation, and government regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or inventory systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local and international procurement, including PO and PR processing
  • Coordinate and track import/export shipments and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams for timely delivery
  • Verify invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents
  • Handle RFQs and tender processes to ensure competitive pricing
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records
  • Support cost control through sourcing and negotiation
  • Ensure all activities comply with company, F&B safety, and quality standards
