What you'll be doing?
  • Shape product strategy: Define and communicate product vision aligned with business objectives, conduct market research, and develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Drive customer-centric solutions: Champion user-focused design and data-driven decision making, monitoring product performance and iterating based on key metrics and feedback.
  • Lead commercial rollout: Create and implement detailed launch plans for new products, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful market penetration.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key liaison between R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, effectively communicating product requirements and priorities.
  • Champion the customer voice: Synthesize user feedback and market insights to guide product development and improvements.
Who are they looking for?
  • Industry expertise: A degree and experience in the food industry, with 7-10 years in related sales roles, preferably in FMCG.
  • Multilingual communicator: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a preferred additional language to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker: Strong skills in sales strategies and people management, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive product plans.
  • Adaptable team player: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a positive attitude, and works well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Mobile and flexible: Able to drive and travel to outstations as needed to support business operations and client engagements.
