Job Requirements – Junior Quantity Surveyor (Jr QS)

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
  • Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation
  • Familiar with construction drawings and specifications
  • Able to assist in progress claims, variation orders, and cost control
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

(knowledge of QS software is an added advantage)

  • Good communication skills and able to work with site team, consultants, and contractors
  • Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work under supervision
  • Able to work independently with guidance and meet deadlines
  • Willing to visit project sites when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
