What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
  2. Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and responding to emails and phone inquiries
  4. Assist with coordinating schedules, booking appointments, and organising meetings
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  6. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
