About the role
Join the dynamic team at KEE HUA' as an Admin Clerk in Kota Padawan, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing organisation. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and responding to emails and phone inquiries
- Assist with coordinating schedules, booking appointments, and organising meetings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
