Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end WordPress development, ensuring all websites are responsive, visually polished, and fully functional.

In addition to web design and development tasks, you will also support customer service operations by managing ticket-based support through email. This includes responding to client requests, troubleshooting website related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical matters efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will combine technical development work with clear communication and problem-solving, using WordPress and related technologies to deliver reliable solutions and a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring high performance and user experience.
  • Manage both back-end and front-end development, from plugin integration to custom theme design.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure websites function seamlessly across devices.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing, functional websites.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve any issues related to web development, ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of database queries (MySQL preferred).
