Our client HFC Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner to join their team

This role offers a dynamic environment where you can leverage your skills in production planning and scheduling to ensure seamless operations. You'll be at the heart of production activities, collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and meet production targets.

What you'll be doing?
  • Plan Production: Develop and update production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Monitor Progress: Keep track of production activities and make adjustments to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Generate Reports: Create and maintain production reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Support Inventory: Maintain optimal stock levels of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to internal processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Who are they looking for?
  • Production Planning Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing Industry with proven track record in scheduling and operations.
  • Educational Background: At least Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field to provide foundational knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Malay for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Additional Languages: Fluent in Mandarin is advantageous for broader communication capabilities.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness is a plus.
