About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Smartphone & Gadget Advisor to join our vibrant team at our Shah Alam store. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect mobile devices and accessories to suit their needs. Based in our Shah Alam, Selangor location, you will be a key member of our retail team, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and recommending the most suitable smartphone, tablet, and accessory solutions
  2. Demonstrating product features and functionalities to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  3. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience throughout the sales process
  4. Maintaining a tidy and organised store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest product innovations and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail or technology industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
  3. Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for the latest mobile technology
  4. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively
  5. A team player attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, retail environment, including weekends and public holidays
