Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Product Manager, based in Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Product Manager will assist in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. Daily tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, managing product development processes, and ensuring that products meet the needs of users. Responsibilities also include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, monitoring project progress, and conducting competitive analyses.

Qualifications

  • Product management skills, including product lifecycle management and product research
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience in defining user needs, creating product roadmaps, and managing stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Govtech and Fintech sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous
