We are looking for a driven and analytical Senior Product Associate to strengthen our iGaming product verticals. You will play a key role in managing relationships with multiple providers, analyzing product performance data, and ensuring our offerings remain competitive across different markets. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Operations, this position blends commercial insight, product understanding, and analytical rigor to support strategic decision-making and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provider Management: Oversee day-to-day coordination with providers to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery of new products, features, and campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and compare provider performance (e.g., turnover, GGR, margin, player engagement) to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to benchmark our offerings and recommend improvements in product coverage, user experience, and feature set.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Identify and assess potential new providers to enhance competitiveness and diversify our product portfolio.
  • Insight & Reporting: Prepare data-driven reports and actionable insights for management to guide provider strategy and product roadmap decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Integration, Customer Support, etc.) to drive provider-related launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key product metrics to evaluate performance, campaign ROI, and player engagement trends.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of marketing materials that articulate the value and uniqueness of our iGaming product offerings.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of iGaming industry trends, product innovations, and regional market shifts to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, live casino, slots or product operations (experience managing multiple providers is a strong advantage).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable interpreting product and performance data.
  • Good understanding of iGaming products, market offerings, and player preferences.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for sports and awareness of global sports events and trends.
  • Proficient in English; ability to read and communicate in Chinese/Thai/Viet is a strong advantage.
