We are hiring for multiple
Product Associate
roles, each playing a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our internal systems and product workflows.
Depending on your skills and experience
, you may be considered for one of the following areas:

• Compliance & Onboarding
  – Focus on onboarding, KYC/KYB, and compliance-related workflows, acting as the bridge between external product managers and internal compliance or operations teams.
• Treasury & Finance
  – Specialise in treasury, settlement, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Operations & Customer Service
  – Support internal tools and workflows for customer service and operations, including dashboards, ticketing flows, and SLA performance tracking.
• Payments / API
  – Work closely with developers and product managers on payment-related products, API integrations, and lifecycle management from requirements to launch.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with compliance, finance, operations, customer service, and technical teams to understand workflows, product requirements, and system dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Draft and review business and technical requirements for new product features or enhancements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Readiness Testing (BRT) to ensure product quality and smooth rollout.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process notes, and training materials for internal users.
• Monitor product performance and user adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Track and analyse key operational metrics to measure efficiency, accuracy, and impact of new tools or features.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory requirements, and change management processes.
• Perform market and competitor research to stay updated on fintech, regtech, and payment industry trends.
• Provide post-launch support, helping resolve issues and ensuring continuous improvement of product workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years in fintech, regtech, payments, treasury, finance, accounting, product support, business analysis, or related operations.
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong process thinker — detail-oriented but able to see end-to-end workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort handling reconciliations, ledgers, reporting, or process optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Execution-focused, empathetic towards end-user needs, and passionate about driving operational excellence.
• Experience in payments, APIs, or financial systems is a strong advantage.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in
  both English and Mandarin
  as you will need to work closely with Chinese vendors.
• The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
