About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager at Soulusi, you'll work alongside experienced PMs to identify the most valuable problems to solve for job seekers and employers, enable your team to ship and iterate high-quality solutions quickly, and validate market impact. You'll own discrete parts of our product experience while learning to master the craft of product management in a two-sided marketplace.

Job Duties:

  • Rely on Analytics guidance to anchor decisions in data; learn to evaluate usage metrics and identify trends in job seeker behavior, employer engagement, and platform performance.
  • Build awareness of competitive landscape in the job platform space and understand what problems competitors are solving.
  • Contribute to your team's roadmap by developing informed points of view based on customer insights and data.
  • Seek to understand your product area strategy and work alongside a PM on components of the broader strategy.
  • Actively contribute to exploring multiple solutions for each problem.
  • Run effective betas, gather learnings, and share them with your immediate team.
  • Understand the Interstory, launch plans, and pricing/packaging approach for your features.
  • Adapt to your team's existing shipping rhythm and contribute to maintaining quality standards.
  • Facilitate and contribute to QA of core features.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, or 2-4 years in related roles (analytics, design, engineering, consulting, operations).
  • Bachelor's degree (technical degrees preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated interest in the future of work, job platforms, or marketplace products.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and comfort working with metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions.
  • Curiosity and genuine desire to understand user problems deeply.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with two-sided marketplace products.
  • Familiarity with Jobs-to-be-Done framework.
  • Previous exposure to job platforms or HR tech.
  • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
