  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  3. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
  4. Provide guidance and direction to team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
  5. Conduct regular meetings to communicate project updates, milestones, and expectations.
  6. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking.
  7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
  8. Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and change orders.
  9. Lead and oversee all aspects of tendering and contractual matters for the projects in which the company is involved, from initiation to implementation.
  10. Lead and chair the tender participation/quotation committee for awarding works to subcontractors and suppliers, making informed decisions that align with project objectives
  11. Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
  12. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  13. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  14. Address any legal or contractual issues that may arise during the project.
  15. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  16. Provide regular reports to the top management regarding project performance in relation to contract requirements
  17. Actively participate in audits related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.
  18. Perform ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.
  19. Advantages experiences in infrastructure, building, water work and highway

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experienced 10 years and above
  2. Project experience in infra works especially on roadworks and commercial building projects
  3. Posses minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering ⁠registered with BEM
  4. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is advantages
  5. ⁠Strong technical knowledge and problem solver
  6. Able travel various location of work in Malaysia
