About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools—primarily Power Automate and Power BI—to work closely with our Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Experience with Power Apps is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will help streamline processes, automate workflows, and develop insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows integrated with Business Central and other business systems.
  • Build, publish, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth integration between Business Central and Power Platform solutions.
  • (Optional) Design and deploy Power Apps to enhance productivity and extend Business Central capabilities.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and user support for developed solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate (designing and managing flows).
  • Strong skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central data structures and integration points.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • (Bonus) Experience developing Power Apps solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in ERP, finance, or supply chain environments.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
