  • Mon–Fri All-Rounder Digital Dental Assistant Job | Up to RM3,500/month | No Weekends
  • Position: Full Time Assistant to grow with our digitised clinic
  • Location: Equine Park, Seri Kembangan
  • What you get:
  • RM1,700 basic + performance-based incentivesUp to RM1,800/month when performance targets and clinic results are met
  • Incentive is not automatic and not guaranteed every month, but based on a clear Performance & Incentive Framework (with categories like Core Tasks, Customer Experience, Inventory, etc.)
  • Mon–Fri only, 08:30 AM–06:30 PM ( 1-hour lunch break 01:00 –02:00 PM, no weekends)
  • Work with digital systems in a small, supportive, organised team
  • Performance & incentives based on SOPs and clear categories, not on favoritism or office politics
  • Confirmed permanent employee will be entitled to:
  • 8 days of Annual Leave,
  • 14 days of Medical Sick Leave,
  • 3 consecutive days of Marriage Leave,
  • 3 consecutive days of Compassionate Leave,
  • 98 consecutive days of Maternity Leave,
  • 11 gazetted public holidays and any day appointed as a public holiday as declared by the Company on the beginning of each year,
  • Reimbursement of the cost of medical treatment at a duly registered medical practitioner endorsed and appointed by the Company, for claims up to a maximum amount of RM50.00 a month, subject to a total limit of RM600.00 per year.

  • Very occasional weekend community events may be offered with proper compensation
