We are supporting a Chinese manufacturer of high quality, healthy dairy bases, particularly for the beverage industry in hiring Sales Manager in Malaysia

Working type: Remote.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the development of the coffee, tea, and chain beverage market in Southeast Asia.

· Track and manage sales activities, including guiding the sales team in customer development, analysis, follow-up, feedback, and solving demand-related issues.

· Responsible for the acquisition, new signing, and repeat purchase sales process of the sales team in the respective region, and responsible for the growth of new recruits and team building.

· Manage the sales team, including training; evaluation, and incentive work, to ensure team members possess the necessary sales skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.

· Collect and analyze sales data, including sales figures, customer information, order data, etc., to make forecasts and analyses on the data post-generation, complete reports, and report to the company promptly.

· Actively coordinate cross-departmental communication to promote highly efficient collaboration between the production and sales processes.

Job Requirements

· Must have sales experience in the food industry, tea industry, or coffee industry.

· Must have more than 2 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia.

· Familiar with the Southeast Asian food, tea, and coffee industries.

· Master comprehensive product knowledge and be able to deeply analyze competitor advantages and disadvantages.

· Understand the trends of the food, tea, and coffee industries and local development.

· Ability to develop and expand overseas markets; able to deeply cultivate the local market and rapidly promote the development of overseas sales markets.

· Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM12,000.00 per month
