As an Admin Intern, you will assist the administrative team in managing daily office operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in office management, data handling, communication, and basic operations support, especially in a fast-paced environment involving events and sports activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Support in preparing letters, memos, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Help manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and record keeping.
  • Maintain inventory records for office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments (such as Marketing, Event, and Operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle basic customer service duties such as answering calls, responding to inquiries, or assisting walk-in customers.
  • Assist in preparing event documents, registration lists, and attendance sheets.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with intern coordination, attendance tracking, and staff updates.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Internship, Student job

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
