Job Title: SAP IS-Oil – TSW (Traders and Schedulers Workbench) Consultant

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Oil TSW Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in the IS-Oil Downstream module—particularly TSW (Traders and Schedulers Workbench)—and hands-on experience with TD (Transportation & Distribution), Exchange Agreements, and Inventory Management.

You will design, configure, and support SAP TSW solutions that optimize scheduling, nomination, and logistics processes for oil and gas operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP IS-Oil TSW module.

Manage scheduling, nomination, ticketing, and transportation planning processes.

Configure TSW master data, vessel tracking, pipeline movements, and stock transfer scenarios.

Integrate TSW with SAP TD, MM, SD, and FI modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and propose optimal SAP solutions.

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements.

Conduct UAT, end-user training, and process documentation.

Coordinate with technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance across trading and scheduling operations.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years in IS-Oil TSW.

Strong understanding of Nomination Management, Scheduling, and Ticketing.

Good knowledge of VTT (Vessel/Tank Terminal) operations and Stock Projection Workbench (SPW).

Expertise in integration points — TSW–TD, TSW–MM, TSW–SD, and TSW–FI.

Hands-on configuration experience in Batch Management, Material Movement, and Inventory Valuation specific to oil industry processes.

Exposure to Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Execution in the downstream sector.

Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP IS-Oil TSW implementation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas (TSW in S/4 environment).

Familiarity with Exchange Agreements and Bulk Transportation.

Understanding of BAPIs, IDOCs, and integration with third-party scheduling tools.
