In this role you will:

• Collaborate with engineers to understand and contribute to application features and APIs
• Assist in writing, testing, and debugging code under guidance from senior or lead engineers
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn best practices
• Learn and follow established engineering processes, tools, and workflows
• Be proactive in asking questions and seeking feedback to grow as a developer
• Join Agile ceremonies to understand team planning, collaboration, and delivery
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have/are:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
• Internship availability of 5-6 months and can join on Dec 15/Jan 2/Jan 15
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative engineering environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members across roles and levels
• Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset with attention to details
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts such as APIs, microservices, or databases
• Some exposure to programming with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is a plus
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
