IT Infrastructure Management:
● Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and management of all IT systems, including network servers, and healthcare software applications.
● Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Healthcare Systems Integration:
● Ensure the seamless integration and performance of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Patient Management Systems (PMS), and other healthcare applications.
● Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive patient data. Ensure IT practices comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
● Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure systems meet the needs of end-users and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management:
● Manage relationships with IT service providers and healthcare technology vendors to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
● Evaluate and select vendors, negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational needs and budget.
Project Management:
● Plan and implement IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and clinical needs.
● Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that IT projects align with clinical, operational, and strategic needs.
● Prepare project plans, track milestones, and ensure effective communication between teams
People Management:
● Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
● Develop team members' technical skills and promote ongoing training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and tools.
● Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
● Resolve personnel issues, manage schedules, and ensure workload distribution is effective to meet operational needs
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience with hospital information systems (HIS), EMR, or clinic management systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPA).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
